What Is

Fellowship Chapel

Friends who care.

Our mission is to enjoy a loving relationship with God and one another, leading our neighbors to do the same.

OUR CORE VALUES

SCRIPTURE: The Bible is God’s message to us and our only rule for faith and life.
PRAYER: The most fundamental demonstration of worship and dependence on the Lord.
WORSHIP: We must worship God in spirit and in truth.
EVANGILISM: People are important to God, and it is the responsibility of every believer to explain how to begin a personal relationship with Him.
FEWLLOSHIP: We must love each other with a commitment to unity in the bond of peace.
MISSION: Cross-cultural missionaries must be supported in prayer and with our resources.
STEWARDSHIP: We must wisely put to use the resources God has given to us.

  • GOD
  • A Note from Pastor Craig Jenkins As a church our vision is very simple, “Growing intimacy with God.” There is no higher purpose than to be in an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. We are not a people of great number but we do worship and serve a great and mighty God. The Lord has consistently proven His faithfulness to us over the years. If the Lord so moves you, please feel free to come and visit our congregation. We welcome you with open arms and joyful hearts.
  • CMA
  • We're a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance The Alliance was birthed in 1881 when Pastor A. B. Simpson organized a small group of believers devoted to experiencing Jesus in His fullness and making Him known to New York City’s marginalized dock workers. Today, we continue to carry out our All of Jesus for All the World vision by caring for suffering and overlooked people through 2,000 U.S. churches and more than 700 international workers serving in 70 countries.
  • YOU
  • If you're a newcomer, we welcome you! Here's what you should expect from us. Fellowship Chapel is always open and welcome to all those who are looking seeking a new church home. Feel free to look around the site, see who we are, and learn a little bit more about us and about the Gospel.

Our Ministries

Worship Team Led By Pastor Justin Taylor

  • Worship, in its vastness, is a sacred and precious call-and-response to our Heavenly Father as He calls-and-responds to us. It is an interaction that was founded from the beginning of time, and it is the only response appropriate for a relationship with Him. Not out of obligation, guilt, or shame. Worship is to simply love Him back because He first loved us (1 John 4:19).

At Fellowship Chapel, we encourage a lifestyle of worship, both individually and corporately. Weaved throughout our Sunday morning services are many opportunities to express and be a part of our worship to the Lord. Under the leadership of Justin Taylor, we have a talented team who express their Godly passion through music every Sunday morning. During this time, a blended, contemporary worship service guides the member and visitor alike to a time of reflection, reverence, and revelation of the Lord.

Additionally, our worship ministry consists of more than musical expression. Found in the Fellowship Chapel’s worship ministry are members yearning for diverse and creative outlets to worship God through the talents He has given. This is seen through members sharing spoken word poetry, dramatic Scripture readings, introducing new original compositions, and so much more.

Deaf Ministries Led By Intha Taylor

  • Fellowship Chapel has a long history of serving the deaf community. Our deaf ministry offers a variety of programs and services, including:

Sunday worship services with American Sign Language interpretation

Small groups accesible for deaf adults and children

    Deaf Bible studies

We also have a team of hearing volunteers who are passionate about serving the deaf community. Our volunteers provide interpretation services, and help with other ministry activities.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, we welcome you to join our deaf ministry. We would love to have you be a part of our community.

Here are some of the benefits of being involved in a church deaf ministry:

You can worship God with other deaf people who understand your language and culture.

You can learn more about the Bible and Christian faith from leaders who can relate to your experiences.

Our deaf ministry is lead by Intha Taylor, and through her ministry, God has allowed our church body to be greatly blessed by the gifts the Holy Spirit has given these members.

Please contact us about interpretation for the hearing impaired.

Children's Ministry Led By Elaine Echols

  • Led by Elaine Echols our children's ministry team is passionate about teaching children about God's love and helping them develop a strong foundation in the Bible. We believe that every child is a unique individual with gifts and talents to be used for God's glory. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow in their faith.

If you are looking for a way to help your child grow in their faith, I encourage you to consider getting involved in our church's children's ministry. It is a great way to help your child learn about God and develop a strong foundation in the Bible.

Deacon's Ministry Led By Roarke Fritz

  • The Deacons at Fellowship Chapel administer the Benevolence Fund, oversee the maintenance of the Building and Grounds and provide hospitality services as needed. We also prepare the communion elements on the first Sunday of each month.

If serving others is something you enjoy the Deacon's ministry would be glad to have you help.

Fitness Ministry Led By Pastor Craig Jenkins

  • The fitness ministry is a growing ministry in our church. This ministry is designed to help people get healthy and fit, both physically and spiritually. Talk to Pastor Jenkins to join the gym he attends and help with his ministry.

What our Members say

  • Some people want to be anonymous at church. This is not that church. Fellowship Chapel is for people who want a more intimate church experience. It's really a faith community. We will encourage you to use your God-given talents to enrich the body of believers. We don't agree on everything, but we agree on the big things. Gretchen Fritz
  • We came here in 2020 because I had heard that it's a church where people really believe what they say they believe. And it's true. Camille Holcombe
  • I started coming to Fellowship chapel because my friend attended. It was actually the Wednesday night Bible study that drew me in. The worship team was practicing right before so every time, I got a taste of the worship songs for that weekend. Slowly but surely, I started coming for the worship and sound doctrine that Pastor Craig preaches. Everyone at Fellowship Chapel made me feel welcomed. Elaine Echols
