Growing Intimacy with God

God made each of us with a need for strong, intimate relationships. Jesus set an example by spending a great deal of time with twelve ordinary people. As they did life together they were forever changed. We believe that the best place for personal growth, spiritual growth and support to happen is in a small group of people.

At Fellowship Chapel we have “Life Groups’ to provide a more casual, intimate setting for growth and support that a church service can’t provide. A Life Group is typically 6 to 12 people who meet on a regular basis to explore God’s truths, ask questions, pray, develop friendships, and have a great time together. Each Life Group is different and unique. Life Groups meet at people’s homes throughout the week.

Life is full of joys, challenges, laughter, disappointments, loss, happiness, frustrations, fears, change, and blessings. As you do life together over an extended period of time, in a Life Group, you will find people who will come along side you and walk with you through it all. At the same time you will have the opportunity to grow closer to God together as you challenge each other and encourage each other.

We believe this kind of environment is key to living a healthy life for God.
